On a Saturday morning, they greeted my mother, sat, talked, and held her hand. The destination was Corona, California, nearly 1,000 miles away. My mother, 81 and with advanced dementia, rode securely and comfortably in a Broda chair. Late that afternoon, the NOLA staff stopped for dinner with my mother then stayed overnight in a hotel. The journey continued early Sunday morning. They arrived in Corona in the afternoon where I awaited their arrival. I was impressed with the graciousness and professionalism. The van was immaculate inside and out, and inside was my mother, safe, secure, and comfortable. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service that Nedra, Steven, and Yolanda provided. 5 stars? Four days ago I started looking for a medical transport company for a possible future need. I was told about NOLA medical transport and gave Nedra a call. I was amazed at the time she spent with me as I considered my future needs. Yesterday the future caught up with me. I called with a bit of anxiety, asking for transportation to deliver my wife home from a visit to the ER where we had been brought by the LA fire EMTs.
