HOW MUCH DOES A RIDE COST?

The cost of a ride depends on the distance between your origin and your destination address. Once you submit a ride request, a detailed quote will be provided to you the same day.

WHAT TYPES OF VEHICLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORTATION?

ADA compliant 2024 or newer, transport van with wheelchair access.

IS THERE A MINIMUM NOTICE PERIOD FOR BOOKING A RIDE?

Yes, we prefer at least 24-48 hour notice but will try to accommodate same-day request if there is availability.

CAN I BRING A CAREGIVER OR COMPANION WITH ME DURING THE RIDE?

Yes, a caregiver or companion is allowed to accompany you at no additional cost.

IS THERE AN OPTION FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE DURING THE RIDE?

Yes, some insurance coverage is available. Please call us directly for details.

WHAT SAFETY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE DURING THE RIDE?

Vehicles have securement systems, such as four-point tie-downs and seat belts, to secure wheelchairs and mobility devices during transit.

They were very compassionate and caring with my father, knowledgeable and professional. I was unable to ride with him and felt confident leaving him in their care. My brother was on the other side to receive my father and get him settled, and he also said that they were great. 10/10 would recommend.
