Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend NOLA Med Transport, especially Nedra and Steve for anyone needing reliable and compassionate medical transportation. From the very first call, Nedra was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and arranging everything for my mother’s transport with ease and professionalism. Steve, who handled the actual ride, was exceptionally caring and patient, making sure my mom felt safe, comfortable, and at ease throughout the entire trip. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness truly stood out—they treated my mother like family, not just a passenger. It’s rare to find a service that combines such efficiency with heartfelt care, and Nedra and Steve’s team exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nola Med Transport was great. They were running early, but they waited for me to get there. They were very compassionate and caring with my father, knowledgeable and professional. I was unable to ride with him and felt confident leaving him in their care. My brother was on the other side to receive my father and get him settled, and he also said that they were great. 10/10 would recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nola Medical Transport was fabulous providing transport to my medical procedure at the Northridge hospital, from an area somewhat outside of Santa Clarita, and back to my home the next day. Timing and personal attention were impeccable. If you have need of a reliable, compassionate service such as this, I can't recommend them more.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called for a last minute wheelchair transport to another county. Nedra was so friendly and helpful in an extremely chaotic situation. The quoted price was much less than other companies I had called and the customer service was top rate! Would definitely use this company again in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recommend Nola Transport for many reasons. Caring, compassionate and professional is what I personally experienced when we used Nola Transport to transfer my Mother. Nedra and team were punctual and professional, I couldn't ask for anything more. Please consider using Nola as I will in the future. Thanks Nedra!
